You might be wondering whether you are included in the list people doing it wrong or right. Following are the 3 common push-ups mistake people usually do and their solutions. 1. Your Elbow Should Not Out Like a Chicken: If you want to do push-ups correctly then your hand and elbow position are very crucial. Your elbows should tuck in slightly and not out like a chicken. Solution: When you are going to do push-ups, make sure your upper arms should be at your sides about a 45-degree position to your body. Your hands should be slightly wider than shoulder-width apart. It’s important to set yourself with a good starting position. Your hands and shoulder width should be correct for perfect push-ups. Too close or wide will allow those elbows to flare outwards. 2. No Idea About a Full Rep: Any idea if you are doing a full rep? You should be able to lift your body up through your hands. Solution: Touch your chest to the floor and slowly moves ups and repeat the action. If you are new to exercise and can’t touch your chest to the floor, work up to that. You can start with something a little easier. It’s better to try push-ups with your hands on a stable elevated surface. 3. Not Maintaining a Proper Gesture From Head to Toes: It is recommended that your body should be in a straight line from head to toes. Your whole body down and move up together. Sometimes people get very tired and their upper body comes up before their lower body. Your body should be in a plank position from head to toe. Solution: your butt and gut should be tight through the entirety of the reps. Make sure you are not doing the worm, and if you are, squeezing the hips and midsection is easy to remember cure. Push-ups are one of the most basic and important exercises for full body strength if done in a right way. These are some common mistakes and their solution.
